DREAM MIXED WITH REALITY IN MALDIVES
Choosing a vacation in the Maldives has always thought – too expensive, too romantic and very boring … But curiosity took its toll and we set off to find out all the myths and reality about the pearl in the Indian Ocean.
The first thing you will see, based on the airport where it is difficult to get lost, is the sea. The sea air and the humid warm climate immediately relieve fatigue after a 10-hour flight. Holidays in the Maldives
And here we are introduced to the first feature of the Maldives – the transfer to the hotels takes place on high-speed boats or seaplanes. It is worth knowing that the transfer by seaplane may take longer, since it is performed not by the operator, but by the hotel, and you can wait for other tourists arriving by another flight.
We traveled by speedboat. For myself, we noted that the boat is really high-speed, breathtaking … They drive along the roads, race … They say “don’t forget the cameras to take pictures of beautiful views.” Personally, I was scared to hold the phone in my hands, it seemed that he would fly away from the speed of the boat. On the way, we saw dolphins swimming in their natural habitat. The driver of the boat slowed down, came closer and allowed to enjoy the contemplation of these cute animals.

Now about the service – it is perfect. The locals are very nice, friendly and not intrusive. We were quickly settled and we went to enjoy the scenery …
This is incredible … The beauty of the water captures … As in the picture, but this can all be seen here with your own eyes …
We took the mask with the tubes (do not forget to take it, this is a must have thing here) and swam … I had the impression that the fish here are as friendly as the locals. They do not even run away, swim nearby and entertain. They are many and all different, and all beautiful.
In fact, it is a myth that there is nothing to do in the Maldives. One of the best activities is surfing, there are lessons with professionals and it’s unbelievable that on the one side of the island there is a calm sea, and on the other there are waves that are ideal for learning to surf. But the season during which you can master the board does not last year round. At other times, you can learn how to windsurf or do other sports.
Could something be better?
